An active user is anyone who logs into MyPass during a billing period. We don't bill for accounts on your roster who never sign in. If you have 1,000 members and only 180 actually used training this month, you pay for 180.

Is there a setup fee? ＋

No. There are no setup fees, implementation fees, or onboarding fees on any plan. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated implementation manager included in the package.

Can I switch plans later? ＋

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No data migration is needed; everything stays in place.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts? ＋

Yes. Qualifying nonprofits receive a 2-month free trial (4× the standard 15 days) plus a permanent 20% discount on any paid plan. Verification required.
